Refund and Return Policy

At 3D Karo, every product is custom-made and personalized with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like change of mind, incorrect customization provided by the customer, or personal preferences.

Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing product or major manufacturing defect

Helping Us Process Your Claim Quickly

To help us verify and resolve your claim as fast as possible, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video that:

• Starts before opening the package
• Clearly shows the sealed package
• Shows the full unboxing process without cuts or edits
• Clearly displays the damaged or wrong product

An unboxing video isn’t mandatory, but it significantly speeds up verification and approval. If you don’t have one, please share clear photos of the damaged/wrong product, the packaging, and the shipping label instead, and our team will review your claim on that basis.

Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

• Replacement may be provided, or
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized products with correct customization
• Custom-made orders
• Orders damaged due to misuse after delivery
