Refund and Return Policy

At 3D Karo, every product is custom-made and personalized with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like change of mind, incorrect customization provided by the customer, or personal preferences.

Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing product or major manufacturing defect

Helping Us Process Your Claim Quickly

To help us verify and resolve your claim as fast as possible, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video that:

• Starts before opening the package
• Clearly shows the sealed package
• Shows the full unboxing process without cuts or edits
• Clearly displays the damaged or wrong product

• Important: Authenticity of Photos & Videos
  To ensure a fair and accurate verification process, all photos and videos submitted for a damage, defect, or wrong-product claim must be original and captured using a mobile phone camera.
  – AI-generated, AI-enhanced, digitally edited, manipulated, modified, or otherwise altered photos/videos will not be accepted as valid evidence.
  – We may use appropriate verification tools and technical checks to determine whether submitted images or videos have been digitally altered or AI-generated.
  – We may request the original/unedited photo or video file for verification.
  – We may also ask you to provide the original capture date and time or other relevant file information to verify when the photo/video was taken.
  – Screenshots, edited images, images with added/removed elements, or images modified using editing/AI tools may not be considered for claim verification.
• An unboxing video is not mandatory, but it can significantly speed up the verification process. If you don’t have an unboxing video, please provide clear, original photos of the damaged/wrong product, packaging, and shipping label. Our team will review the submitted evidence and may request additional information if required.

Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

• Replacement may be provided, or
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized products with correct customization
• Custom-made orders
• Orders damaged due to misuse after delivery
