Refund and Return Policy

At 3D Karo, every product is custom-made and personalized with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like change of mind, incorrect customization provided by the customer, or personal preferences.

Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing product or major manufacturing defect

Important Requirement for Claims

To claim a return or refund, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package
• Clearly show the sealed package
• Show the full unboxing process without cuts or edits
• Clearly display the damaged or wrong product

Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

This helps us verify the issue and protect both the customer and our business.

Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

• Replacement may be provided, or
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized products with correct customization
• Custom-made orders
• Orders damaged due to misuse after delivery
